No injuries reported in drive-by shooting

UPDATE: YCSO says the suspect(s) left the area in a dark-colored Nissan Altima

According to a spokesperson with Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, early this morning a drive-by shooting occurred near 3rd Pl. and Ruby Ave.

According to YCSO, an unidentified suspect or suspects drove by and fired several rounds at the victim’s residence; meanwhile, hitting a parked, unoccupied vehicle and a grill located in the victim’s yard.

YCSO says no injuries were reported and there have been no arrests made.
