Locals meet the blue angels

When they’re not busy flying in the sky and doing aerial tricks, they’re getting to know the community

Earlier today at the El Centro Regional Medical Center, locals had the chance to meet members of the blue angels.

Event goers enjoyed shaved ice and kettle corn and also a photo booth.

Jordan Walls, a maintainer for the blue angles said the best part about the event is getting the chance to say thanks.

“We’re interacting with the community. Giving back. Interacting with everybody just saying hello. Getting to know the people behind us. That we support, that are big supporters of us. We just want them to know that we’re thankful everything that they do for us,” said Walls.

This is the second year that the El Centro Regional Medical Center has hosted the meet and greet.
