Pet Talk: Meet Umi-Zoomie and Arnold

Meet Arnold, a beautiful orange long-haired cat that has been at the shelter since last September. Arnold was found wondering the streets of Yuma and while he is shy, he warms up quickly. He seems to get along with other cats and just needs a comfortable area to call home. He is thought to be less than a-year-old.

Next is a Pit Bull named Umi-Zoomie. “Umi” for short, loves to zoom around and because of this, it’s important he mainly stay inside the home. He’s great on a leash and is extremely treat motivated. If you want him to do anything, food is the answer. He is on the skinnier side so he needs a family that will get him up to a healthier weight. He is said to be two-years-old and arrived at the shelter in November.
