Local NAACP chapter of Yuma hosts MLK march

The local NAACP chapter of Yuma is hosting a march in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. day.

It will begin at the Rose of Sharon Church on S. 10th Avenue and will stretch to the MLK center on S. 13th Avenue.

The march is free and is meant to honor the civil rights activist.

The local chapter is also encouraging residents to come out and attend.
