Sex offender residing in Yuma, YPD alerting community
The Yuma Police Department is advising the community of a high risk to re-offend sex offender in the area.
YPD says 50-year-old Kimberly Sue Faz now resides in the 1900 Block of S. Walnut Avenue.
Faz is described at five-feet and three inches tall, weighing 170 pounds.
On December 14, 1993, Faz was convicted of Sexual Conduct with a minor and in January of 2009, she was convicted of Violation of Sex Offender Registration, according to YPD.
