Are you ready for the 2018 YumaCon?

The fourth annual YumaCon is just days away and we are giving you the full details for the big event.

The community is invited to attend, dressed in character or not, and join fellow comic fans on Saturday, October 6 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Yuma Civic Center.

With over 1,500 attending annually, YumaCon will offer panels, video and tabletop games, and a chance for fans to show off their costumes.

For the first time, YumaCon-branded merchandise will be sold at the event which includes T-shirts, buttons, and lanyards. Several new vendors and guests also will be attending for the first time such as professional cosplayer Angi Viper and comic artist Mike Maihack, who is the creator of the Scholastic Cleopatra Series.

Meta Human Comics will also be releasing a YumaCon-branded Special Edition of “Illegal Alienz ” issue 1 by cover artist Dave Garcia (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Tick, Panda Khan) and writer Ruben Najera and artists Sheyla Valencia and Tim Clayton.

Two new lounge areas, provided by Aaron’s Furniture, will be available this year on either side of the stage in the Main Hall.

To buy tickets in advance for $10, click here. Tickets will be sold at the door for $12. Children ages five and under can attend for free.
