Procession for Chandler Fire Captain in Yuma
There will be a procession for Chandler Fire Captain Boulanger, who recently passed away in Yuma, between 10 and 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.
The Chandler Honor Guard will be assisted and escorted by various Fire Service and other Public Safety agencies. The procession will start at the Desert Valley Mortuary located at 138 North Avenue B in Somerton.
There will be YFD and other agencies to give a final send off from Yuma at the Fortuna Blvd overpass of Interstate 8.
Captain Boulanger is being transported back to Chandler via a Chandler Fire Engine.
The Chandler Fire department announced Monday that Boulanger lost his battle with lung cancer Sunday night.
