Egyptian single sculler finishes in wrong lane

Despite starting in lane three, Egypt’s Abdelkhalek Elbanna finishes in the fourth lane behind heat winner Olli Zeidler of Germany in the single sculls. Boats can technically cross lanes as long as they don’t impede.
