Surprise police find teen believed to have been abducted

Surprise Police say the 14-year-old girl reported missing from her Surprise home has been found.

SPD say Aubrey Gardner is believed to be unharmed.

According to SPD, she was abducted by 21-year-old Jonathan Carson. Both are in police custody now.

Investigators are working to determine the circumstances surrounding Aubrey’s disappearance.

The Amber Alert was issued early Sunday by the Surprise Police Department and they say Carson was wanted for an outstanding felony warrant for deserting military service.
