Man suspected of sexually molesting minors to appear in court

The man arrested on suspicion of sexually molesting two minors near Niland is expected to appear in Brawley Superior Court on Friday, August 3rd.

37-year-old Michal Dibble was formally charged with one count of sexual intercourse or sodomy with a child 10 years or younger and one count of oral copulation with a child 10 years or younger.

Authorities received a report from two minors who said they were sexually molested by Dibble.

After an investigation was conducted, the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office arrested Dibble on Saturday, July 28th. He was arrested for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and other related charges.

Dibble was booked into the Imperial County Jail with his bail set for $500,000.
