Missing teen from Seattle found in Yuma

A teen missing from Seattle, Washington was found in Yuma County with one man taken into custody.

Because the teen is underage we cannot release her identity but according to her aunt, Lindsey Smith, she’s been missing for months after leaving her home with forty seven-year-old Warren Gregory Beavers, who is charged with multiple offenses including sexual conduct with a minor.

Smith says she arrived home weeks ago and is looking forward to how the state of Arizona will handle the case after crossing state lines into Utah and Tennessee earlier this year.

“Because Arizona is now pressing charges, now Tennessee is following suit and pressing charges, and I’m also going to get the FBI because he crossed multiple state lines with a minor, that he didn’t have permission to take.”

Smith also tells us the way the two met was in the teen’s mother’s neighborhood in Seattle, where he began ‘grooming’ and brainwashing her to leave her family with him. The case is still ongoing with Warren in court again on August 9th..
