One dead following shooting in Los Algodones
One man was found dead following a shooting Friday morning in Los Algodones, Mexico, according to La Cronica.
The Baja California State Attorney’s Office said they received reports of shots fired at 9:30 a.m. near a marketplace in the area.
The publication said police arrived at the scene to find a man, identified as Adrián Núñez Baujan, lying on the street who police said had no vital signs.
Mexican authorities said individuals driving a recent model Ram pick-up truck were seen with weapons of high-caliber.
An investigation is currently underway and the suspects’ vehicle is being sought by authorities.
