Man arrested for allegedly trespassing & luring child for sexual exploitation in Yuma home

A man was arrested for allegedly trespassing and luring a child for sexual exploitation inside a Yuma home.

The incident happened just before 8 a.m. Tuesday. According to Yuma Police Department, the incident occurred on the 2300 block of Walnut Avenue. Police say the man, Chad Edward Diener, walked into the residence. The victim is a 10-year-old girl who did not know the man.

Diener was arrested for criminal trespassing in the first degree and luring a minor for sexual exploitation. He was booked into the Yuma County Detention Center. His bail was set at $50,000. His next court date is June 7th.
