Convicted sex offender has new address in Yuma County

The Yuma County Sheriff’s office would like to notify the community that 49-year-old Kimberly Sue Faz is now residing in Yuma, Arizona.

Her address is now at the 900 block of South 20th Avenue and she is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

On December 14, 1993, Faz entered into a plea agreement in the Yuma County Superior Court on one (1) count of Sexual Conduct with a Minor.

Faz was sentenced to 24 months of probation.

Her victim was a 15 year old male juvenile and on December 8, 2008, Faz entered into a plea agreement for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and was sentenced to 1.5 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.

Faz is considered a Level 3 sex offender with a high risk to re-offend.
