‘Farm Fresh Fork’ pairs Veggies with Wine
The Yuma Fresh Vegetable Association is kicking off their food tour by pairing wine with your favorite veggies.
On Thursday night the ‘Farm Fresh Fork’ will be hosting their first food tasting at the Garden Cafe for a tasty learning experience.
The purpose of this tour will explore six different local restaurants for the upcoming weeks with each stop learning about produce grown in Yuma and how it can be incorporated into every meal.
If you’ve never thought of pairing a white wine with an artichoke or trying a California Cab with a squash, get ready to give your taste buds a wake-up call.
