Humane Society holds adoption event with Petco
Shelter plans low-cost spay and neuter trip
EL CENTRO, Calif. (KYMA, KECY) - The Humane Society of Imperial County held a successful adoption event Saturday at 532 Danenberg Dr. in collaboration with Petco Health and Wellness Company, Inc. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All of the dogs present, and one of three cats, were adopted to approved adopters. Staff would like to thank each adopter for valuing a pet's life and making adoption a priority.

Please remember that face masks and social distancing are required at all times during adoption events.
The Human Society of Imperial Valley also has an additional low-cost spay and neuter trip planned for Thursday, May 27, at 62762 29 Palms Hwy Joshua Tree, CA 92252, in collaboration with Animal Action League.
There is plenty appointment availability for cats, small and medium sized dogs (under 40 pounds). Appointment slots for large dogs 40 pounds and over have been filled.
Please call (760) 352-1911 during business hours to schedule your pet’s appointment today. Business hours from Tuesday through Friday are 2-6 p.m., and 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday. The cost is only $55 per pet.
