YPD reveals New Year’s Holiday enforcement detail stats

Yuma police officers issued a total of six DUI arrests, 31 speeding citations and 44 other citations between Friday, December 29th, and Monday, January 1st.

The Yuma Police Department revealed their New Year’s Holiday Impaired Driving Enforcement Detail Tuesday.

With the help of the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, YPD focused on stopping impaired drivers and steering others away from driving while impaired.
