Man shot several times in Yuma
The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office said a man was taken to a Phoenix hospital after he was shot multiple times.
YCSO said deputies received the call Wednesday at about 1:13 a.m. The man was found in the 2500 Block of E. 15th Place.
When deputies arrived they found the victim and called an ambulance. The victim was taken by Rural/Metro Ambulance to Yuma Regional Medical Center with life threatening injuries. The victim was later flown to a Phoenix area hospital.
The YCSO Criminal Investigation Bureau has assumed the investigation and is currently working the case.
