Firefighters contain brush fire along canal area near Smucker Park
The Yuma Fire Department responded to a brush fire along the canal area between Smucker Park and Yuma Regional Medical Center Tuesday afternoon.
Firefighters said they received a call at around 3 p.m.
The fire has now been controlled but a fair amount of smoke still remains in the area.
