Lin’s Restaurant 2014 shooting suspect rejects plea deal
A San Luis man accused of murdering another man outside of Lin’s Grand Buffet in 2014 has rejected a plea deal on Wednesday.
According to the Yuma Police Department, Modesto Cortes-Serillo was arrested in Mexico City in December for a warrant to the fatal shooting at Lin’s Grand Buffet back in 2014.
Cortes-Serrilo allegedly shot 43-year-old Santiago Olivo-Diaz multiple times after an argument.
Officials say the victim knew Cortes- Serrillo .
He is set to appear in court on November 8th.
