Erich Rogers and Paden Bray take home Yuma all-around cowboy honors

YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY-TV ) - After the dust settled from the 76th annual Yuma Jaycee's Silver Spur Rodeo over the past weekend, the numbers were crunched as hard as the cowboys, with final scores emerging shortly after the cowboys rode off to their next event.

Will Howell who tied Logan Bird in the tie-roping competition praised the Yuma Jaycee's for putting on a great show.

"It was a good event, great rodeo, the committee did a great job putting it on," Howell said. "Just blessed to be here."

The annual event is primarily scheduled for February but due to the pandemic, was rescheduled for late April.
