Governor Ducey appoints Brandon Kinsey to the Yuma County Superior Court

Governor Doug Ducey announced the appointment of Brandon Kinsey to the Yuma County Superior Court.

Kinsey practices civil litigation and business law at Garcia, Kinsey & Villarreal, P.L.C. In addition to his law practice, Kinsey served as President of the Arizona Western College Foundation Board of Directors, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Yuma Community Food Bank.

Kinsey graduated from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He received his law degree from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2006.

“Brandon has a reputation in Yuma County for professionalism and community service. His work with the Yuma Community Food Bank and Arizona Western College, while also maintaining a busy law practice is remarkable,” said Governor Ducey. “His dedication to the citizens of Yuma County and to the practice of law will make him an excellent Superior Court judge.”

The appointment of Kinsey was made to fill a vacancy on the Yuma County Superior Court created by the appointment of Judge Maria Elena Cruz to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Division One.
