Children’s museum opens its doors for the summer

The Children’s Museum of Yuma County is now open to the public for the summer.

This year the museum has partnered with the City of Yuma to showcase the “Summer Mega Museum” inside the Yuma Art Center.

The exhibit encourages kids of all ages to learn, interact, socialize, play and enjoy the summer in a safe, air-conditioned environment.

Exhibits include an insect exhibit, pixel play, an augmented reality topographic map, a tot spot and much more.

When:

June 3 – July 29

Wed. – Sat. 11 a.m. – 4 p.m

Where:

Yuma Art Center

254 S. Main Street, Yuma

Cost:

$2 (Children must be accompanied by an adult)
