El sospechoso del accidente de Holtville se presenta ante el juez

EL CENTRO, Calif. (T3) - José Cruz Noguez, el hombre acusado de orquestar el contrabando de 25 inmigrantes indocumentados el 2 de marzo, compareció el lunes en el Tribunal de Distrito de Estados Unidos.

13 personas murieron en el accidente.

Cruz Noguez apareció por videoconferencia y en la sala del tribunal estaba su abogado defensor, Jo Tyrell. La audiencia preliminar de Cruz Noguez se llevará a cabo el 13 de abril junto con la lectura de cargos el 27 de abril.
