Off to the races!

The San Pasqual baseball team got off to a rough start to their season, in their tough loss to arch-rival Antelope last week.

Now, the Warriors were looking to put down an upset in their first road game of the season against area power Yuma Catholic.

It wasn’t meant to be. From start to finish, the Shamrocks dominated the Warriors in an 18-0 result. YC starting pitcher Daniel Miranda kept the San Pasqual offense off balance while the Rocks offense poured in runs at will.

The Rocks will host the annual “Shamrock Classic” starting this Thursday.
