Somerton police look for two armed robbery suspects

The Somerton Police Department said they are looking for a man and a woman suspected of trying to shoot a man during a robbery.

Police said they responded to the incident at about 1 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of W. Fulton Street. Officers believe the victims were with the suspects prior to the incident.

Officers said the two suspects attempted to shoot the homeowner but the gun misfired. They also allegedly robbed him of his wallet and a set of keys.

The first suspect is a Hispanic man, approximately 30 years of age, weighing approximately 200 pounds. He is described as 6 feet tall brown hair brown eyes with a mustache.

The second suspect is described as a white woman, approximately 28 years of age. No other details were provided at this.
