Xmas Tree Recycling

In Yuma, the city’s public works department holds an annual collection for those holiday marvels; from now and on until the eighth of January the City of Yuma will collect your trees. All you have to do is bring it to their public works facility on 13th Street and 2nd Avenue and drop it off between 7am-5pm. The service is free and your tree will be used for a variety of uses such as providing a habitat for fish or being grinded down and used as mulch. Now, for those living in the Imperial Valley your local sanitation provider will be picking them up along with your trash for the next two weeks.
