70-year-old woman dies in car crash
A woman is dead after the car she traveled in was involved in a crash at the Highway 78 and Highway 86 intersection.
The 70-year-old woman from Riverside died at the scene, according to the California Highway Patrol collision report.
The incident happened Wednesday evening when the driver of a Honda Odyssey and a Toyota Camry crashed at the intersection.
Officers say they are still looking into what lead to the crash.
