Opening night for Yuma Nightmares Haunted House
The Halloween festivities are officially here and the opening night for the Yuma Nightmares Haunted House is underway.
Habitat for Humanity is teaming up with the haunted house to fundraise for a low-income family to get a new home.
” Come and enjoy yourself and get scared, ” said Janet Hernandez, the Executive Director for Habitat of Humanity.
Families can expect to go through more than 20 different themed rooms like the school bus, the Michael Myers room and much more.
” A lot what we have is nature so it adds and plays to the effects what we’re looking for, ” said Dalena Hessling , the Volunteer Coordinator.
The haunted house will be open for seven nights every Friday and Saturday starting at 7 p.m. Those still looking for tickets you can purchase pre-sale tickets on Main Street Physical Therapy or at the Habitat for Humanity store coming in at 8 dollars on Fridays and 9 dollars for Saturday night.
If you decide to purchase tickets at the event, the regular price is 10 dollars and the fast pass tickets is at 13 dollars.
