Both directions of traffic will alternate and share the one open lane, day and night during the pile-driving work from the Niland Geyser Mitigation Project.

Starting on Thursday construction will be returning from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.

The speed limit will be reduced to 55-mph in construction zones, and motorists are reminded to drive carefully in the area and be aware of highway workers and construction equipment.
