Water main break at Centennial Middle shuts down power lines

Centennial Middle School Administration reported a water main break on campus Wednesday morning caused the site’s telecommunications to be down.

School officials posted the notification on Facebook, saying they could not make outbound or receive inbound phone calls.

” No situation that causes disruption is ever enjoyable or welcomed but, we are very thankful this occurred prior to the start of our new school year. A big thank you goes to our facilities department who were on site early in the morning and had the issue evaluated and resolved by the early afternoon so that our CAMP CTMS event for our families could continue tonight, ” said Laurie Doering , Superintendent of Crane School District.

School staff urges parents and guardians who have emergencies to reach out to the school via Facebook or contact the Crane School District Office at (928) 373-3400.
