Extremely deadly purple heroin on streets
Drug trends continue to change with new combinations and concoctions. Purple heroin commonly referred to as “Purp,” is a mixture of heroin, fentanyl or carfentanil.
Local addiction experts said this deadly drug is only a matter of time before it makes its way to smaller cities in the state of Arizona.
