Level three sex offender changes residence

The Yuma Police Department is notifying the community that Fabriel P. Ruiz, 25 is now residing in San Luis, Ariz.

YPD said Ruiz is described as 5 feet, 9 inches, 189 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Officers said on October 3, 2012, Ruiz was convicted on one count of Sexual Assault and one count of Sexual Conduct with a minor (Attempted).

Ruiz is a level three sex offender. Level three sex offenders are listed as potentially having a high risk to re-offend.
