Power outage affecting over 16 customers in Yuma

Over 16 APS customers are without power in Yuma Wednesday morning.

Arizona Public Service reported the power outage is due to a planned upgrade.

The areas affected include 3rd Street to 4th Street and 14th Avenue to 13th Avenue.

Estimated restoration time is set for 9:00 p.m., according to the APS website.
