The latest COVID-19 updates in Sonora
HERMOSILLO, Sonora (KYMA, KECY)-As of Tuesday evening, health officials report 144 new COVID-19 cases along with 18 new deaths.
The new cases were reported in the following cities; Nogales 63, Hermosillo 38, San Luis Rio Colorado 27, Caborca 10, Agua Prieta 2, Etchojoa 1, Pitiquito 1, Cumpas 1, Magdalena 1.
The deaths were reported in; Cajeme 6, Hermosillo 5, Nogales 3, SLRC 1, Navojoa 1, Agua Prieta 1, Magdalena 1.
Since March 16, Sonora now stands with 3,794 cases and 309 deaths.
As of Tuesday evening, 7,096 patients have been tested, 3,302 patients have tested negative, 386 patients have been discharged, 2,745 patients show mild symptoms, 354 patients remain hospitalized, 85 patients are in stable condition, 216 patients are in serious conditions, and 53 patients are on ventilators.
