Exercising outside during COVID-19

YUMA, Ariz. ( KYMA, KECY) - As coronavirus cases continue to increase in Yuma County several people raise the question if it's safe to enjoy a workout out in the park or take a hike.

However, with the stay-at-home order expiring Friday after Arizona Governor Doug Ducey announced more people will be hitting the streets of Yuma.

Our News 11's Carmen Valencia spoke with an expert from Yuma Regional Medical Center on how people can still stay active during a pandemic. The expert adds that people can indeed exercise outside, but in small words, do it at your own risk.
