Under Secretary for Benefits hosts tele-town hall for Veterans in Arizona

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - An upcoming Arizona Veterans Affairs telephone town hall will discuss changes in operations due to the coronavirus (COVID-19).

The Under Secretary for Veteran Benefits, Dr. Paul Lawrence will host this telephone call to discuss changes in operations and important benefits information.

The tele-town hall will be hosted on Thursday, April 23 at 2:00 p.m. MT. Those who wish to participate can do so by dialing 844-227-7557.

Dr. Lawrence will also take direct questions from Arizona veterans on the line.

This toll-free telephone town hall will inform veterans of new and existing benefits available to them , such as the Blue Water Navy program and efforts to combat veteran suicide.
