Terrific conditions make their way into the region

KYMA

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) - This is the weather we all live for!

Temperatures are peaking in the high 80s for eastern Yuma County, as well as Blythe and Quartzsite.

For our friends in the rest of the Desert Southwest, the late afternoon is rolling with highs in the 90-92°F range.

Overnight lows will range in the mid-to-high 60s around 3 or 4 a.m., with a slow rise in temperatures for Tuesday morning.

Conditions are only expected to rise into the low-to-mid 70s for your work commute, or early morning outdoor activities.

Winds are expected to remain on the calmer side. Max gusts for the rest of the day and into Tuesday are tracking to be in the 10-15mph area. Expect even calmer winds throughout most of the evening.

Clear skies should also be here for the first half of the week with cloudier conditions in Yuma County potentially coming on Wednesday.

Make sure to get out and enjoy this great weather while it is here!
