Two participate in Prop 320 debate in Arizona

PHOENIX (KYMA) - Two people are participating in the Prop 320 debate in Arizona Thursday evening.

Prop 320, according to Arizona Legislature, requires certain school districts to spend at least 60% of their budget on direct instructional expenses.

During Thursday's debate, Chris Thomas with the Goldwater Institute is sharing why he's in favor of Prop 320 while Jimmy Arwood with the Arizona School Board Association is sharing why he's opposing the proposition.
