Three injured following shooting at senior living facility in South L.A.

LOS ANGELES (NBC, KYMA) - An employee at a senior living facility in Southern California was under arrest, and is accused of shooting three co-workers.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) said the shooting happened just before 11 a.m. Monday in South Los Angeles.

The facility houses about 100 elderly people.

LAPD said they found three shooting victims in the lobby, and then conducted a systematic search for the shooter.

They said they found him inside the six-story building, and said one of the victims was in critical condition while the other two were in stable condition.

No residents were hurt.
