Tracking moderate temperatures heading into the new week

Yuma, Ariz. (KYMA) - Temperatures will become manageable looking ahead for the week.

It will be around 104-105°F throughout the week in Yuma and Imperial Valley with a low of in the low 80's.

Wind won't play too much of a factor as we'll see clear skies and wind gusts of around 10-15 mph on Monday.

Octotillo will still see high winds on Sunday and Monday night with more than 45 mph of wind.

Always remember to take necessary actions when dealing with heat including: drinking water, staying in shade, have a fan next to you, etc.

Compared to the previous weeks of heat, Yuma and Imperial Valley will see moderate temperatures for the upcoming week.
