Fire in San Luis, Mexico destroys two houses

SAN LUIS, Mexico (KYMA) - A fire rips through two houses in San Luis, Mexico.

The fire happened at around midnight on Tabasco Avenue and 27th Street in San Luis, Mexico.

The homeowner said it started on the side of one home, and spread very quickly to a second home. Fire crews saved a third home that had minor damages.

"There was a short circuit and everything burned, my documents, my clothes. I got nothing to wear. I'm waiting for all my people," said Ismael Lopez, who lost his two houses in a fire.

No injuries were reported.

The homeowner is asking for food and clothing donations. If anyone would like to help, they can drop them off in the area of Tabasco Avenue and 27th Street.
