Illinois man dips McDonald’s cheeseburger in Coca-Cola

ROMEOVILLE, Ill. (CBS, KYMA) - A self-proclaimed "foodie" in Romeoville, Illinois recently went viral on TikTok for trying a new "hack" and dipping his McDonald's triple cheeseburger in his Coca-Cola.

Drawing inspiration from fellow TikToker @theangelfoodie, the man proceeded to dip his burger into the soda as he ate in his car.

"It lowkey works," Joe says after taking a bite. "It’s like a combination of sweet and salty. I don't know about y'all, but the cheese inside the cheeseburger kind of enhances it."

"We taste more of the cheese…It kind of elevates the flavor. It kind of elevates the taste of everything," he added.
