SAN LUIS, Ariz. (KYMA) - The City of San Luis announced free spay and neuter services for San Luis, Arizona residents.

This is in collaboration with the Humane Society of Yuma.

However, the appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis, space is limited and each eligible household may register up to two pets.
