Buc-ee’s location in Goodyear open for business

GOODYEAR, Ariz. (NBC, KYMA) - People lined up for hours Monday morning to be among the first to step inside a one-of-a-kind store in Arizona.

Thousands of people were expected for opening day at the new travel center in Goodyear, near Phoenix.

Buc-ee's is known for its huge size, clean bathrooms dozens of fuel pumps.

The first person to camp out showed up at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in spite of the 103-degree heat.

Cars started lining up at 7 a.m. Monday, five hours before the lot was set to open.

People traveled from out-of-state, and one man even got a Buc-ee's tattoo.
