Three dead in murder-suicide shooting in Southern California park

LOS ANGELES (NBC, KYMA) - Three people have died, including two children, following an apparent double murder-suicide shooting in Canogo Park Sunday night.

The incident appears to be domestic, according to multiple Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) sources.

According to sources, the children who were killed are about 10-years-old. Details about the third person, who is an adult, have not been released.

Officials say there isn't a threat to the community.

LAPD's Robbery-Homicide Unit will be leading the investigation.
