Arizona firefighters battle fire at landfill

SURPRISE, Ariz. (NBC, KYMA) - Fire burning at an Arizona landfill may take days to contain.

The fire is burning in the City of Surprise, and crews from around the area have been called in to help.

They say the materials involved and the depth of the fire mean it will take a while to put out.

Smoke may be seen throughout the weekend, but officials say there's no threat to the community.
