Dillon Brooks, Phoenix Suns player, arrested on suspicion of DUI

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (NBC, KYMA) - Phoenix Suns player Dillon Brooks was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Friday morning in Scottsdale.

Bodycam video shows brooks getting out of his vehicle around 1 a.m. after Scottsdale Police say he was stopped for allegedly failing to maintain his lane six times.

The officer quickly asks brooks if there is marijuana in the car, and says, "It smells like a dispensary in your car."

Brooks denied smoking marijuana for the last six months and was asked to do a sobriety test.

The 30-year-old was arrested and released a short time later. Police say the results of a blood test are still pending.
