March marks one month since Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance

TUCSON, Ariz. (NBC, KYMA) - Sunday marked one month since Nancy Guthrie's disappearance.

The mother of "Today Show" co-anchor Savannah Guthrie has now been missing for one full month.

A $1 million reward has been offered by the Guthrie family for information resulting in Nancy Guthrie's whereabouts.

The 84-year-old remains missing.

There is a "Bring Her Home" banner outside an NBC affiliate in Tucson since her disappearance, which continues to be a powerful symbol of community and solidarity in Arizona.

Tucson residents decided to add their messages to the banner Sunday, sharing what they want the Guthrie family to remember going forward.

"Tucson is with you, and we're behind you, and we have, you know, a lot of prayers for her, and you know we just we're here as a community, and you know we love her," said Evette Benabidez, a Tucson resident.

"We're behind her, and we're sorry for what's going on, and it's, you know, it's shocking, scary, and we pray. It's been a long time, but we're still praying for her," said Jessica Breay, another Tucson resident.

As of now, authorities have yet to identify a suspect in the case, but the Pima County Sheriff's Department confirmed this is still an active investigation.
