Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs delivers State of the State Address

PHOENIX (KYMA) - The Arizona State of the State is being delivered Monday afternoon.

Gov. Katie Hobbs (D-Ariz.) is opening the 57th Arizona Legislature with the address at 2 p.m. Mountain Time.

Gov. Hobbs is expected to talk about a budget proposal, as well as the future of Arizona.
